The Energy of It

SILENT ARROW

The stirring and power of the winds have ushered us to the midpoint of the month. To me it feels like a marker, a threshold of sorts, a threshold now crossed as the winds carry me to the end of the year. As I reflect on 2021, I have a hard time teasing out 2020. They feel married together in my mind and in my emotional body. It's a much broader and bigger sensation of good-bye then in other years. It feels like quite a grand emotional review, and I find potent grief.

In noticing this grief, I call in the compassionate power of allowing, which seems to ask for surrender in return. And in this personal allowing and surrender I have become present to the persistent energetic structures, and in some cases, energetic cages, I have been living in. Many of these energetic structures and constructs are quite rigid. They have the impression of being covered in barbed wire which get caught and attached to energy that is actually the opposite of what I want to call in and be. And so I notice. And I allow. And I surrender. And I respectfully dismantle what no longer serves. And then notice some more.

What are you noticing? What does allowing and surrender look like for you? I'd love to hear from you! Drop me an email.

Much love to you and your spirit,

Sara
