what do i need?
A curious heart.
A quiet space at home.
A laptop, phone or computer that will allow you to use the platform Zoom.
A journal, a pen, and a drum or a rattle.
what will a circle be like?
Each circle will offer you the opportunity to take time for yourself. You will be invited to drop into your heart and be held in loving community. Sara leads a grounding meditation, opens circle with sacred ritual, and leads a brief group discussion on the spirit divined intention of the week. Shamanic drumming for the intention-based journey or meditation is provided followed by a sacred time to share your experience and offer space for others.
