The Weather of Us

Late April Greetings!
I think spring has finally arrived in Maine (although it might be too soon to say, as the last snowfall was just a couple of weeks ago). The dramatic weather shifts, and intense collective energy has me remembering my time spent immersed in Weather Shamanism. My studies and exploration with my guides taught me how weather is an energy flow present in everything, even people. Weather is us, and we are weather. I learned that we each embody and tend to our own personal microclimates and how these microclimates contribute to the collective. The exterior weather we all experience can be seen as a direct mirror of how we have been collectively treating each other and the earth. Turbulent weather for a turbulent collective.
The current shifts in weather have me taking pause to check in with myself and ask- What weather am I creating for myself and others? Do I have the right personal, energetic gear for our collective weather?
And these questions of my contributions to our collective weather and my personal gear have me reflecting on my boundaries. I'm reminded that in these times of turbulent collective weather it can be critical to bring consciousness to what is mine and not mine, where I begin and another ends, where another ends and I begin. I have been inviting myself to notice how hysterical actions and reactions might signal that historical triggers and seeds are present. I have been working with my compassionate guides on new rituals for personal clearing and for cues to notice when my boundaries are becoming porous. I am seeking clarity around my motivation for these new practices. I am choosing to build boundaries not fueled by fear but by the intention of stepping into power and treating myself as though I truly matter, so I can extend that same grace to others.
How has the collective weather been landing for you? How are your boundaries supporting you in these turbulent times? I'd love to hear from you! Drop me an email!
Much love to you and your spirit,
Sara
