May Greetings!

With May's arrival, I felt a new, personal invitation for deeper stillness and slowness taking root. Typically there is a frenetic energy that comes over me with the return of warmer weather and abundant spring growth, and the revitalized earth has me wanting to busy myself. However, this spring I am finding the need for even more sleep and more time wrapped up in the wisdom of the trees. In this new stillness, I have been tuning into the medicine that May wants to offer me. What I have been shown is a reminder of the power of intentional, deliberate, and unrushed integration.

As I reflect on my personal experiences that unfolded this winter, the renewed focus on integration rings true. My health journey across the colder "hibernation" months asked me to review, unwind, and heal outdated beliefs. These were beliefs I developed in my childhood and included energy threads I carried in from the transitional period between my last life to this one. My journey as part of the collective this winter, with its spotlight on some of the deepest darkest shadows of our human history, has asked me to see where these shadows live within me, my soul stream, and my ancestral lineages.

And so the process of slowing and integrating continues into spring for me. Cultivating quiet and time for reflection feels like a heavy lift in our current, intense times. The world, life, is moving faster than I have ever experienced. At times I feel like I have emotional whiplash. Now I welcome in May's energy of care and intentionality, asking it to be gentle with me, allowing for inner forgiveness and reconciliation so that I can radiate those qualities out to others.

How has the energy of May been landing for you? What is its medicine for you? I'd love to hear from you! Drop me an email!

Much love to you and your spirit,

Sara
